Promotion Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for both offers:

1. The promotion applies to qualifying purchases, which must be of and Isuzu Truck from the nominated list of vehicles ( click here to see list). In respect of which a signed sales agreement is entered into by 31/8/09 and which is subsequently profiled and accepted for delivery by the completion of MR2A and P69 forms and payment of the purchase price in full. The promotion may conclude earlier if stocks run out.
2. Each qualifying purchaser will be the recipient of either
      (a) $2,500 worth of travel vouchers, or
      (b) $3,000 RRP worth of Ryobi tools.
3. Neither the value of the Travel Giveaway nor the value of the Tool Giveaway is redeemable for cash.
4. The Travel or Tools incentive will be provided to the purchaser following the delivery and profile of the qualifying purchase.
5. Any unused balance of either the Travel Giveaway or the Tool Giveaway will be forfeited and can not be redeemed for cash or credited for future use.
6. The balance of any travel or fees associated with any travel which exceeds the value of the Travel Giveaway ($2,500) and the balance of any tool RRP which exceeds the value of the Tool Giveaway ($3,000) will be paid by the recipient.
7. The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
8. The promotion is only available to 'end' retail customers only and not to bodybuilders, lease companies or any other intermediary/broker.
9. The promotion is available at participating dealers only.
10. Eligibility of qualifying purchases for the promotion relies upon the completion by the Recipient of all necessary documentation presented by the applicable Isuzu dealer and Isuzu takes no responsibility for entitlements invalidated as a consequence of the submission of incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
11. Only the recipient who's name appears on the required documentation presented to the applicable Isuzu dealer, is eligible for the Travel or Tool giveaway.
12. All use, travel and activities connected with the redemption of either giveaway is undertaken at the sole risk of the recipient and any third party associated with the recipient's redemption. Isuzu will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by the recipient, or any third party in connection with the redemption of either giveaway except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Recipients and third parties associated with them are responsible and liable for all damage to equipment or property, and loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by themselves or by any third party in connection with the redemption of either giveaway.
    
    Terms and Conditions for Travel Giveaway:
     
13. Travel must be booked through Isuzu's nominated travel agent.
14. The Travel Giveaway can be used for any travel and related services able to be booked through the Travel Agent. All options are subject to availability at the time of booking.
15. Travel must be:
       (a) Booked in a single booking.
       (b) Booked within six months of the date of issue of the Travel vouchers; and
       (c) Taken within twelve months of the date of of issue of the Travel vouchers.
16. Travel may be taken by the Recipient or any person nominated by the recipient.
17. Once booked, the cost of any alterations to travel plans are to be paid by the recipient.
18. Passports and visas, if required, are the responsibility of the recipient.
    
    Terms and Conditions for Tool Giveaway:
     
19. Tools will be supplied through Izuzu's nominated Ryboi agent.
20. The recipient will be entitled to select Ryobi tools with a total recommended retail value of $3,000 from a range of tools specified by the Ryobi agent (tools available).
21. Each tool included in the range of tools specified by the Ryobi agent is offered subject to availability. Should a specified tool not be available, Izuzu reserves the right for the agent to replace the tool with another tool of equal or greater value.
22. Recipients must retain a letter of confirmation of receipt of the Ryobi giveaway as proof of purchase for any warranty applying to the tools provided.
