
Terms and conditions for Isuzu On Road Costs Promotion
1. Subject to the additional terms and conditions listed below,
Purchasers of New Isuzu Trucks from participating Isuzu Master
Truck Dealers between
1 February 2010 and 30 April 2010 will be entitled to the On Road
Costs set out at paragraph 8 providing that the following three
Qualifying Steps are completed in respect of those purchases on or
before 30 April 2010:
(a) signed sales agreement entered into;
(b) truck registered with NZ Transport Agency; and
(c) truck profiled on Isuzu database by Isuzu Master Truck
Dealer.
2. A New Isuzu Truck is a truck that is not registered and has not
previously been registered or used as a demonstrator or loan
vehicle.
3. If, for any reason whatsoever the Qualifying Steps are not
completed on or before 30 April 2010, the Purchaser will fail to
qualify for the On Road Costs and neither Isuzu New Zealand nor any
Isuzu Master Truck Dealer will be liable for that failure.
4. Entitlement to the On Road Costs relies upon the completion of
all necessary documentation by the Purchaser, Isuzu Master Truck
Dealer and Isuzu New Zealand and neither the Isuzu Master Truck
Dealer nor Isuzu New Zealand take any responsibility for failure to
qualify for the On Road Costs arising as a consequence of the
submission of incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
5. Promotion applies while stocks last.
6. None of the On Road Costs are redeemable for cash or
transferable.
7. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any fleet
discount arrangements or other offer or discount.
8. The On Road Costs associated with this Promotion are the
following goods and services which will be provided to the
Purchaser without charge over and above the purchase price of the
truck:
(a) Hubometer and bracket
(b) Initial warrant of fitness
(c) 12 months' vehicle registration
(d) Full tank of fuel
(e) Certificate of fitness/compliance
(f) Standard valet
(g) Pre-delivery inspection by Isuzu Master Truck Dealers
(h) Delivery of truck to customer.
